Magazine Service Center - Sending magazines to my address under the name of someone who doesn't live here
My husband and I bought an owner-occupied house several years ago and later I started receiving magazines in the name of "Nick Merico", which is a completely unfamiliar name - not our name or the name of the former owners of the house. I tried "return to sender" but the magazines just kept on coming.
I finally resorted to calling the individual magazines and was told by the Sports Illustrated customer service rep that the order for the magazine was made through this "Magazine Service Center". Tried to call "Magazine Service Center" number he gave me, all I get is music, no one answers.
I don't want to get these magazines, I didn't subscribe to them, don't know "Nick Merico", to my knowledge he has not lived here for years if ever, don't know why they are coming to me. At least I am not getting billed for them.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Stop sending me someone else's magazines.
Magazine Service Center Cons: Calling and not getting a person, Communication non existant.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
