Called 12 times was on hold on average 20mins each time, then someone answers and hangs up. By far the worst customer service in the world. They are scam artists and liars. They think they can charge you yearly without your permission. The only way to deal with it is change my credit card numbers, now they cant get a payment.

Called to question unauthorized charge to credit card. After 20 minutes going in a circle with a computer, finally got a "person" as bad as automated response. Said she could only give partial refund. After a hot and testy conversation and threat of a chargeback, she finally said she would refund full amount.
